*After diagnosing the issue if any hardware needs to be replaced, we will refer you to the Apple store as Apple has very anti-right-to-repair practices so we do not replace any Apple hardware components as there are no authorized suppliers other than Apple which means replacement parts are more expensive than they need to be.
